Key Responsibilities

Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website content and structure to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic.
Paid Advertising: Plan and manage paid advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other relevant channels to drive traffic and conversions.
Social Media Management: Maintain a strong presence on social media platforms by creating and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and analyzing performance metrics.
Email Marketing: Create and execute email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, design, and analysis of email metrics to improve engagement and conversion rates.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and analyze digital marketing efforts using tools like Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and social media analytics to track KPIs and ROI.
Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO): Continuously optimize websites and digital assets to improve conversion rates through A/B testing and data-driven insights.
Online Advertising Budget Management: Allocate and manage budgets effectively across various digital marketing channels to maximize ROI.
Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and conduct competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaboration: Work closely with designers, developers, copywriters, and other team members to ensure a cohesive and effective digital marketing strategy.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Ads, Google Analytics, social media advertising platforms, email marketing tools, and marketing automation software.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed marketing decisions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Knowledge of SEO best practices and a basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus.
